Turmeric Chickpea Flatbread

Gluten, sugar, grain and dairy free.
Prep Time 5 mins
Cook Time 20 mins


  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • sea salt & pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • Using a stick whizz or blender, blitz all ingredients.
  • Heat saucepan with preferred fat.
  • Add just over a 1/3 cup of mixture to pan
  • Flip when bubbles begin, repeat.
