Really tasty yet easy to make fritters. Decide between savoury or sweet options.

Really tasty yet simple to make. Choose between savoury or sweet! These keep well overnight in fridge ready for school and work lunches the following day. Simple to make for breakfast, lunch, snacks or dinner. Nutrient-dense on their own or serve with a side salad, dressing, avocado, whatever you like! Thanks to my Mum for the inspiration, who got her inspiration from someone at a local farmers market.
