Raspberry Chia Pudding

Super easy to make, ready when you are in the morning. Chia seed puddings are a great way to start the day.

Raspberry Chia Pudding

Gluten, refined sugar, grain, dairy free
Prep Time 7 mins
Servings 2 bowls


  • 1 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes or desiccated coconut
  • ¼ tsp sea salt


  • Put all the ingredients into a food processor, nutri-bullet or use a stick whizz and blitz (or add to a bowl and whisk)
  • Ladle into two bowls and refrigerate overnight. Or double mixture for four bowls.
