Orange Chicken Meatballs
Gluten, grains, refined sugar, dairy free. Paleo & AIP compliant.
- 500 g organic chicken mince
- 1 small onion chopped finely
- ½ cup basil fresh chopped
- ½ cup parsley fresh chopped
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper remove pepper for AIP
- grated orange zest from a whole orange
- 2 tbsp of juice from the orange
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour and more to roll
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
- Roll into balls in a little tapioca flour and place in a baking dish.
- Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes – turn halfway.
