My easy homemade loaf recipe requires minimal time and effort! It’s packed full of healthful fats, vitamins and minerals to specifically support fertility such as folate, vitamins A, D, E & K, magnesium and zinc. When trying to get pregnant, having fat soluble vitamins A, D, E & K in your diet is critical for healthy endocrine function to make the sex hormones needed for optimal fertility. They’re also crucial for healthy fetal development upon conception.
