Gluten, grain, dairy, refined sugar free.
- ½ banana mashed
- 1 egg
- pinch of sea salt
- dash of real vanilla extract
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp almond meal
- 1 tbsp tapioca flour
- 1 tbsp collagen
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup of blueberries or whatever berries you like
- Mash the banana in a bowl and whisk in the egg.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix.
- Place spoonfuls in a pan greased with your fat or oil of choice.
- Flip when bubbles begin and cook for a further 2 minutes.
